OpusChat sells digital license keys, which are delivered immediately after payment. Please confirm your needs and environment before purchasing.

OpusChat 出售的是数字授权卡（卡密），属于数字商品，付款后即时交付。请在购买前确认你的需求与适用环境。

2. Eligible for Refund

Within 14 days of purchase, if the key you purchased has never been activated (i.e. the timer has not started), you may request a full refund.

自购买之日起 14 天 内，若你购买的卡密从未被激活（即尚未开始计时使用），你可申请全额退款。

3. Not Eligible

3. 不可退款情形

  • The key has been activated / the timer has started, or it has been partially used;
  • Purchases older than 14 days;
  • Licenses revoked for breach of the Terms of Service (e.g. resale, abuse, fraud);
  • Dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control, such as your local environment or changes to third-party platforms (e.g. Cursor). We will try to help but do not guarantee a refund.
  • 卡密已激活/已开始计时或已部分使用；
  • 超过 14 天的购买；
  • 因违反服务条款（如转卖、滥用、欺诈）被吊销的授权；
  • 因你本地环境、第三方平台（如 Cursor）变更等非本服务可控因素导致的不满意，我们会尽力协助但不保证退款。

Refunds are issued by Paddle (Merchant of Record) to your original payment method. Time to arrive depends on your payment channel and issuing bank, usually a few business days.

退款由 Paddle（Merchant of Record）按原支付方式退回。到账时间取决于你的支付渠道与发卡行，通常为数个工作日。
