Welcome to OpusChat ("the Service"), operated by Haikou Meilan Kunxin Department Store (海口美兰锟鑫百货商行) ("we", "us"). By purchasing a license, installing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.

欢迎使用 OpusChat（“本服务”），由 海口美兰锟鑫百货商行（“我们”）提供。当你购买授权卡、安装或使用本服务，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本条款。如不同意，请勿购买或使用。

2. The Service

2. 服务说明

The Service is a multi-agent group-control chat panel (plugin) for Cursor. We grant the right to use the Service for a period of time in the form of a "license key". The timer starts on first activation of a key; only one device may be bound at a time, and you may re-activate the same key on a new device to transfer the binding.

本服务是一个用于 Cursor 的多 Agent 群控对话辅助面板（插件）。我们以“授权卡（卡密）”形式按时长授予你在授权有效期内使用本服务的权利。授权卡首次激活时开始计时，同一时间仅允许绑定一台设备，换机时可在新设备上以同一卡密激活以转移绑定。

Subject to these Terms and a valid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for the duration of your license, for your own use. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, crack, or share/redistribute keys to multiple users.

在你遵守本条款并持有有效授权卡的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、非独占、不可转让、不可转授的许可，仅供你本人在授权时长内使用本服务。未经书面许可，你不得复制、转售、出租、反向工程、破解或将卡密用于多人共享/批量转卖。

You agree not to use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of third parties, or breaches the terms of relevant third-party platforms. You are responsible for the content and conduct arising from your use of the Service.

你同意不利用本服务从事任何违反所在地法律法规、侵害第三方权利、或违反相关第三方平台使用条款的行为。你需对使用本服务所产生的内容与行为自行负责。

5. Payment & Delivery

5. 付款与发货

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. After successful payment, the license key is shown and/or sent to you immediately, which constitutes delivery of the digital product.

本服务通过 Paddle 收款，Paddle 作为登记商户（Merchant of Record）处理付款、开票与相关税费。付款成功后，系统会即时向你展示并/或发送卡密，此即为数字商品的交付。

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Once a digital product has been delivered and activated, it is generally non-refundable; see the Refund Policy for details.

退款适用单独的 退款政策。数字商品一经交付并激活，通常不支持退款，具体以退款政策为准。

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service relies on third-party platforms (such as Cursor); if such platforms change, upgrade or become unavailable, we will try to adapt but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

本服务按“现状”和“现有”基础提供，不对适销性、特定用途适用性作出任何明示或默示担保。本服务依赖于第三方平台（如 Cursor）运行，若第三方平台发生变更、升级或中断而影响可用性，我们将尽力适配但不对由此造成的不可用承担保证责任。

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant license.

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失，我们不承担责任；我们的累计责任以你就相关授权卡实际支付的金额为限。

If you breach these Terms (e.g. reselling keys, abuse, fraud or malicious chargebacks), we may suspend or revoke the relevant license without refund.

若你违反本条款（如转卖卡密、滥用、欺诈或发起恶意拒付），我们有权暂停或吊销相关授权，且不予退款。

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post updates on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

我们可不时更新本条款，更新后将在本页公布。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
